Description

Alpaca Trekking

Our alpaca trekking starts in a relaxed manner in the pasture. Before we begin, we give you a brief introduction about our animals and demonstrate how to safely lead our gentle wool balls on a leash. Afterwards, we set off together with the alpacas – each family or couple will of course get their own alpaca to lead. The trek takes us through the calm, summery mountain forest, on a cozy route of about one hour and around 2.5 kilometers. No race, no time pressure – just enjoy and unwind step by step.

Back at the farm, you can feed the animals with our popular "alpaca chocolate," pet our alpacas, and – if you wish – also meet the young ones. To conclude, we invite you to savor the moment with a glass of homemade Peruvian Chicha Morada or a Pisco Sour (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).

For the entire experience, you should plan for about two hours. Please remember to wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing – then nothing will stand in the way of a special nature experience.

The price of € 34.00 (Adults) and € 22.00 (Kids 4 - 14 years) includes a hot beverage.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days in advance, during the Christmas season only 14 days in advance.

Direct booking via email: booking@bioalpakas.at.
