The "Knödel Manufaktur" in Berwang exists since 2020 and offers hand-turned dumplings for gastronomy and home, thus each dumpling is unique. The variations of the dumplings are versatile: whether classics such as bread and bacon dumplings or curd cheese rum pot dumplings as a sweet creation, here everyone will find something for their taste. Also vegan dumplings are in the assortment and on request can even throw own dumpling creations.
