Fabio Valenti sources the milk from Weberhof in Mils. He avoids colorings, preservatives, and flavor enhancers, using only selected fruits and spices. The result and the satisfied customers prove him right. Simply delicious, and the guest faces the dilemma of choice with the large and changing offerings. In addition to classic flavors like vanilla, strawberry, pistachio, or chocolate, Fabio Valenti also creates specialties like dark chocolate with orange fragrance, ginger-mint-lime, or apple strudel. The ice cream is served according to taste with brioche, in a cone or in a cup. Dolce Vita!
