The Guffert XC trail in Steinberg (7.2km) starts at the cross-country skiing centre at an elevation of 1,000 metres. This moderately difficult and challenging trail is ideal for experienced cross-country skiers.
The Guffert XC trail in Steinberg starts at the cross-country skiing centre, located at approx. 1,000 metres above sea level. This moderately difficult and challenging route covers 7 kilometres of varied terrain, including some steeper passages and an elevation gain of around 150 metres. Experienced skiers typically take about one hour to reach the junction with the "S3 – Pulverer Mahd" trail. Both trails can be easily combined for an extended circuit.
Take the regional bus (line 4080 to Achenkirch, then transfer to line 7801) to Steinberg am Rofan and get off at the “Steinberg am Rofan Kirche” stop.
