Parken in Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl & See | Region Paznaun – Ischgl
Gravel bike tour Ischgl – Lareinalpe – Jamtal – Scheibenalm
The tour starts in the centre of Ischgl at the church and initially leads along the Stöckwaldweg towards the tennis court. Passing the sawmill, you cycle along the Trisanna, where you will soon be rewarded with a wonderful view of the Paznaun valley and up to Galtür.
In Mathon, the route branches off at the Wildererhütte and leads up to the Lareinalpe. It's worth taking a break here: the alpine pasture is known for its regional products and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
After the break, the route descends back to Mathon. On the sunny side of Galtür, you continue towards Jamtal. As you enter the valley, the Jamtal Glacier at the end of the valley is an impressive sight.
The route continues to the Scheibenalm, a managed alpine pasture that is also perfect for a stop. From here, you return from the Jamtal valley via the cycle path to Mathon and finally relax on the way back to the starting point at the Ischgl church.
