A 2-room, 80 m², ground-floor apartment including 1 double bedroom and a large living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, a dining table, TV and kitchen (ceramic stove top with 4 hobs, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Guests are welcome to use the large communal garden and terrace with its beautiful view of the mountains. For relaxation after a busy day, the apartment is fitted with a lovely infrared cabin. The apartment is located in a traffic-calming area. Two free parking spaces are available at the house. The nearest bus stop is only 20 metres away. The centre of Innsbruck is only 2 km away.
