Description

Trace a past where wealth meant hard cash and money still had a magical sheen, currency as tough as the material from which it was minted, and coin forgers faced a dire fate.

Visitors of all ages can embark on a quest into the exciting past of Hasegg Castle and coin history with the help of a modern audio guide or their own smartphone via the audio guide system and their own headphones. The coin tower entices with the largest silver dollar in the world, city archaeology, the falcon area, and a magnificent view of the medieval town of Hall and the mighty Karwendel mountains. As a grand finale, you can mint your own coin in the form of a gulden.
