Description

Even when the weather doesn't cooperate, climbers can push their limits in the climbing hall at the Ellmauer Kaiserbad.

The climbing hall at the Ellmauer Kaiserbad is definitely a highlight of the Wilder Kaiser region. Since the climbing hall starts in the basement, it doesn't appear as imposing from the outside as it does inside the building. It offers optimal training conditions for both beginners and advanced climbers.
The climbing area covers 805 m², with a height of up to 16 m, a base area of 173 m², approximately 100 routes with difficulty levels from 3 to 10, of which 35 lines can be climbed simultaneously, two top-rope belaying devices, and a small bouldering and warm-up area (4m wide, 4.20m high).

Climbing equipment can be rented directly at the Kaiserbad ticket office.

Partner of the Wilder Kaiser Card:

Day ticket for entrance to the climbing hall
Adults: € 14.50 instead of € 16.00
Teens (16-18 years): € 10.50 instead of € 11.60
Children (6-15 years): € 7.50 instead of € 8.30

If you want to try climbing with an experienced mountain guide, you can book them privately at any time.

Children require a written consent form from their parents to use the climbing hall.
