At the court of Stefan Nothdurfter stands "Giggus". As Stefan explains with a friendly laugh, this is the Rätische name for schnapps and means "hot water". He proudly refers to the special flair of the area and the historical roots of agriculture. His farm dates back to the 16th century. Four generations live under one roof: "We pass on traditional knowledge and our values!"

Plums are rose plants. That's why Stefan Nothdurfter likes to compare her aroma with that of the queen of flowers: "The fragrance components are delicate and delicate." Bitter almonds in marzipan are reminiscent of marzipan. The sweetness of the plum unfolds its full, strong character even before the first sip. Stefan Nothdurfter: "The challenge is to capture the image of the sun-kissed plum in the glass." And with his "Giggus", this succeeds perfectly. Numerous awards from the Tyrolean Chamber of Agriculture and the internationally renowned "Destillata" raise him with his plum brandy to the heights of the best distillers.
