Attraction Thierberg Chapel

Wörgl

Reflection with dreamlike panorama

Information

Source: Kitzbüheler Alpen Region Hohe Salve

Description

Religion and devotion meet history here: In the castle keep a large number of exhibits tell of Kufstein's Bavarian-Tyrolean past, while in the chapel there is reverent silence. Together with the unique view you can draw strength for body and mind.

NATURERESPONSE® - in resonance with nature

The paths of life are never linear and rarely lead in one direction only!
A serpentine forest path leads to Thierberg Castle on a 721-metre-high hill. It runs like most paths in life: wave-like - back and forth. Shortcuts may tempt you, but they don't really make sense for the overall experience. And as so often in life, your patience is rewarded at your destination:

Exercise

vary the walking speed through style, tempo and stride lengths - with arm movements in opposite directions
vary the breath until the inhalation and exhalation flow optimally: hear and enjoy your own "breathing song
touching a tree with one hand wherever it suits, gently shifting your body onto your arm to give it weight, just as gently pushing it off again, feeling strength, walking on - towards your goal!

Impulse Questions

Where is it easy - where is it challenging?
What am I looking forward to or about?
When do I need a break?
Do I take breaks? How and from what?
