100 years anniversary of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Lift
Tour 1: Zugspitze Railway Tour and Glacier Tour
Guided tour and explanation of the Tyrolean Zugspitze Railway at the valley station – followed by a ride up with the Tyrolean Zugspitze Railway and descent to the glacier. After that, we will explore the ice world on the Zugspitzplatt with the glacier guides. The trained staff will provide information about the glacier, give insights into the microcosm of ice worlds, and explain why this glacier is also threatened by climate change.
