100 years anniversary of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Lift
Tour 2: Zugspitze via Riffelriss
The mountain tour begins at the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn, over the old "Schmugglersteig" to the green border and to the station "Riffelriss". Ascend with the cogwheel railway to Zugspitzplatt. Glacier hike to Wetterloch – optionally with the train or on foot to the Zugspitze summit. Return with the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn excluding the cogwheel railway and Zugspitzbahnen.
