On Saturday, August 22, 2026, the Lower Town Square in Kufstein will transform into a lively meeting point for all those who want to enjoy summer, good music, and a passion for sport.
While the participants of the 10th Kufsteinerland Cycling Marathon prepare for their big day, locals and guests can expect a relaxed supporting program right in the heart of the fortress city.
From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. , the band Alp Folk at the Lower Town Square will create a summery atmosphere and provide the perfect soundtrack for the cycling marathon weekend. The cafés and restaurants invite you to linger – with a cup of coffee, a cool drink, and a great view of the colorful happenings in the city.

Around the Cultural Quarter Kufstein, everything revolves around the world of cycling from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Regional and national exhibitors will present new products, trends, and exciting offers related to bicycles.
If you want to dive deeper into the cycling scene, you can look forward to inspiring conversations with personalities from the cycling world. Among others, local hero and ex-professional Max Kuen will be there, as well as representatives from Female Cycling Force Munich, who advocate for more visibility and participation of women in cycling. Different perspectives show above all one thing: Cycling connects people and offers a suitable access for everyone.

And if you want to get active yourself, you can participate in the "Warm-up" rounds on the racing bike. In a group, with a guide leading the way, you can leisurely cycle through Kufsteinerland and discover the advantages of the region.
