Aktiv Wellness - Bike Tour "Arena Biker"
Promote your health and well-being with gentle hikes and light health and relaxation exercises.
All activities are led by a professional active wellness trainer and are suitable for everyone.
The Active Wellness program is available to all guests from Zell-Gerlos free of charge from June 22 to September 18, 2026, upon presentation of the Zell-Gerlos TopCard (guest card)!
10:00 AM: Hike to Isskogel
We take the Isskogel cable car (valid lift ticket) to the Arena Center Isskogel Restaurant (1,900 m). After a small warm-up session, we hike along the Ebenfeld to the Isskogel summit (2,264 m) and return from there to the Latschenalm (1,950 m) or optionally via the Teufeltal to the Krummbachrast (1,480 m) back to Gerlos.
Total duration approx. 5 hours, walking time approx. 3 hours, ascent approx. 350 hm
Important: Good footwear - mountain or trekking shoes and possibly swimwear.
