At the latest when the cattle are driven down from the mountain pastures, it becomes clear that autumn has arrived in the Tyrolean mountains. At the traditional Wildschönau cattle drive, guests and locals celebrate the end of summer. The festively decorated cows are welcomed at noon in the center of Auffach with applause, music, and a great atmosphere. From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., a varied program awaits you around the festival grounds at the Schatzbergbahn valley station. The event kicks off at 10:00 a.m. with a ceremonial procession by the Auffach Federal Music Band. At the craft market, you can marvel at traditional handicrafts and find beautiful souvenirs to take home. Local farmers and producers will present their diverse regional products – from tasty cheese to high-quality schnapps specialties. Live music on the fairground will ensure a great atmosphere, while local clubs will provide regional delicacies for your physical well-being. There will also be a colorful children's program for our younger guests. Admission is free (except for tour groups)
