Bike tour to the ‘Örgwies’ at the foot of the Hohe Salve

We start our bike tour at the Fleckalmbahn in Kirchberg and cycle along the Brixental cycle path to Brixen to Intersport Gschwantler, where we pick up more participants at 10:00 a.m. We cycle a little further along the flat cycle path before a moderate climb takes us to Örgwies and the beautifully situated Salvensee lake. At the foot of the Hohe Salve, we continue uphill before enjoying a wonderful view over the entire Brixental valley. From here, we follow a contour line with gentle ups and downs back towards Kirchberg. At the Ruetzenhof, we meet up with the Suntrail Tour group. There we can recharge our batteries with a well-deserved refreshment stop and chat about our biking experiences.
