The market of Tyrolean organic farmers and farmwomen is a fixed element in the Tyrolean event calendar, offering customers a diverse selection of regional organic foods from bread, Tyrolean cow, sheep, and goat milk cheese, fruits, vegetables, eggs, bacon, and sausages to herbs, jams, honey, as well as liqueurs, fine spirits, and wine, along with information about organic farming straight from the source. The event is organized by the association BIO AUSTRIA Tirol, the Tyrolean organic brand BIO vom BERG, and the city marketing of Hall in Tirol and is held as a Green Event.
