Cranii Face Workout, lymphatic drainage & modeling in the group
On August 29, participants at reduce.studio can expect a special combo experience of Pilates and a Cranii-Face workshop for activating the lymphatic system, strengthened facial muscles, natural face lifting, and relaxation of the jaw, forehead, and neck – outdoors, in the unique natural landscape at Thiersee.
The 60-minute session combines targeted movement with soothing exercises and treatments for the body and well-being. Healthy snacks and fresh juices are included afterward.
The price is 45 € per person, with a maximum number of participants of 5 people.
