Musical diversity from the USA: The Empire Tour of "American Music Abroad" brings bands, choirs, and orchestras with a varied concert program to Westendorf.
“American Music Abroad” will once again provide musical highlights in Westendorf in the summer of 2026. For over 45 years, the renowned concert project has inspired audiences with talented high school musicians from the USA, who travel through Europe as part of their 21-day European tour.
Up to 200 young artists present a diverse program featuring works by great composers, Broadway classics, choral hymns, gospel, and contemporary American music. The Empire Tour unites band, choir, and orchestra for an impressive concert experience with a high musical level and international flair.
The concert will take place on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 8:00 PM in the Alpenrosensaal Westendorf. Admission is free.
