In May, the exhibition by Raimund Mayr invites you to the Gallery in Schallerhaus. For the artist, besides the pleasure of using various painting grounds and “colors,” it is primarily important to emphasize the underlying structures he sees in his works. He also enjoys exposing himself to the inherent laws of the material he is currently working with. Raimund Mayr's artistic development took him from Innsbruck into the world of painting – be it through Reiner Schiestl, the group 84, Fritzi Gerber, Franz Pöhacker, Peter Mairinger, or during painting weeks, predominantly in Tuscany, his artistic creation was influenced.
