Hiking in a different way
Most of the time we hike without truly noticing what plants we encounter on our journey. However, nature has so many plant treasures in store for us
– let's discover them together. Our guides will explain to you which wild herbs are particularly beneficial, when the ideal time for foraging is, and what you can use the wild herbs collected during the walk for. You can expect professional and lovingly prepared knowledge about herbs, flowers, and nature, paired with a beautiful hike.
MEETING POINT: 10:00 am at the Lermoos Tourist Office
DURATION: approximately 2,5 hours
REGISTRATION: by 5:00 pm the day before at the Alpinschule Lermoos

REQUIREMENTS: Fitness to hike for about 2 hours
CLOTHING: sporty & weatherproof clothing, sturdy shoes with grip (hiking shoes), backpack with provisions
