Description

As part of the Weisenbläser meet-up, a guided hike will start in Itter towards Kleine Salve. The route winds through tranquil natural landscapes and forest paths, all the way up to the reservoir lake of Kleine Salve. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a special atmosphere: Surrounded by the sounds of the Weisenbläserv and with a view of the surrounding mountain world, the service will become a memorable experience for both locals and guests alike.

The hike concludes with a mountain service. Afterwards, there is an option to stop by a hut and enjoy the day in a musical setting.

Meeting point: Salvistabahn Itter, Alte Bundesstraße 1, 6305 Itter
Registration: by the day before 12:00 PM online or at the info offices of the Hohe Salve region
Costs with/without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: free of charge

Note: the hike to the reservoir lake is approximately 7.4 km long and involves a height gain of just over 900 meters.
In case of bad weather, the hike and the Weisenbläser meeting will take place on September 13, 2026.
