On September 26, 2026, the third edition of the Kalkkögeltrail in Telfes will take place: The Kalkkögeltrail attracts ambitious runners to the stunning mountainous region of the Kalkkögel. With diverse routes, spectacular panoramas, and athletic challenges, this event is a highlight for anyone looking to perfectly combine nature and endurance. Whether professional or hobby runner – the Kalkkögeltrail is not just about speed, but also about the shared experience in one of the most beautiful regions of Tyrol. 

The “Dolomites of North Tyrol” provide the backdrop for the Kalkkögeltrail with a K42 marathon run, which this year is also the Austrian National Championship in Trail Marathon. In addition to the already established Kalkkögeltrail K18, there is for the first time also the Kalkkögeltrail K30 route, for those who want to gradually approach the marathon distance. For rookies, morning runners, or beginners, the Kalkkögeltrail K10 is the ideal start into the Kalkkögel Trailrun fun.
