Namasté - between mountains and lake

Can you imagine anything better than yoga in the great outdoors? Not only your lungs benefit from the fresh air, but the soul is charged with strength and serenity - both can be put to good use. Hatha yoga is ideal for strengthening, stretching and stabilising the entire body and is suitable for those with and without previous yoga experience.

• Meeting point: 10:00 a.m. at the lake in Reith im Alpbachtal (in case of rain, in the studio),
• Duration: approx. 1,5 hours
• When: June - September
• Participants: min. 3 - max. 10 persons
• Fee: € 10,00 with your Alpbachtal Card, € 15,00 without! On-the-spot payment.
• Please bring your own gym/yoga mat! You can also reserve a yoga mat online or at the Reith i.A. tourist office.
