Mountain Moments
The event "Mountain Moments" is taking place for the first time – a relaxing timeout with Qi Gong, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness impulses, completely without prior knowledge.
Afterward, there will be a cozy brunch, including a self-care impulse, handout, and small treat.
