In small groups you will learn to ride smoothly with Robert Koxeder and Hans Luxner – for more riding fun and safety off-road. Individual bike adjustment;
Clipless pedals yes/no; the optimal position on the mountain bike; basic position and shifting of the center of gravity; balance exercises; anticipatory riding; situation-appropriate braking on different surfaces; fundamental cornering techniques; starting and shifting on steep ramps; riding simple terrain forms, such as small waves and steps; riding light to moderate root passages; techniques for riding light to medium trails and singletracks. The bikes must be in flawless condition – wearing a helmet is mandatory. Please do not forget other personal protective equipment (gloves, glasses, etc.).
