At the first Schmankerl.tag, around 7–9 regional producers bring their best products – cheese, bacon, bread, honey, pickles, and much more. You grab small tasting portions, build your personal snack board, and enjoy it in good company at the long table. Tyrolean tapas – simple, but really good.

The best part: The producers are personally there and look forward to the exchange. This way, you not only get to know their products but also the people behind them.
