The Rettenstein Theater presents “Hairy Times”, a turbulent hairdresser comedy in three acts by Winnie Abel. It will be performed from July 15 to August 28, 2026 at the arena365 Kirchberg in Tirol.
Hairdressing master Moni is under pressure when an operational audit is announced at her salon. Her self-assured husband has declared numerous private expenses as business costs in the tax return – including dog food, a home trainer, and even a former employee.
Particularly explosive: The auditor is none other than Moni's strict ex-boyfriend. Together with her team, the couple tries to cover up the irregularities and loses themselves in increasingly absurd excuses. To maintain the biggest deception, Moni's husband quickly takes on the role of the former employee himself.
However, when a bride orders exactly that employee for her wedding hairstyle and shortly thereafter the real ex-employee shows up, the salon plunges into chaos for good.
A humorous evening of theater full of misunderstandings, pointed dialogues, and top entertainment under the motto: Wash, Cut, Laugh.
