Event Sundowner Yoga & Tyrolean Tapas at the Au Hochalm

Finish your day with a relaxing summer evening in the mountains. After a mindful yoga session on the sun terrace, we will walk together to the Au Hochalm. There, we will conclude the evening with a sundowner and Tyrolean tapas while enjoying the view of the Tyrolean mountain scenery.

Description

Let the day come to a close in a relaxed atmosphere – with yoga in the warm evening light, impressive mountain scenery, and a cozy evening at Au Hochalm.
Together we will head up into the mountains, enjoy a mindful yoga session on the sun terrace of the ski lodge, and then walk to Au Hochalm. There, we will end the evening with a sundowner and Tyrolean tapas in a friendly gathering – with a view of the Tyrolean mountains and the special ambiance of a summer evening in the mountains.

Schedule:

• Meeting point: Bergdoktor Parking Lot Söll at 4:30 p.m.
• Shared drive in carpools
• Yoga on the sun terrace of the ski lodge
• Following walk together up to Au Hochalm
• Sundowner & Tyrolean tapas in a cozy gathering
• Shared return trip to the valley
• Return between approximately 7:30–8:00 p.m.

• Please bring your own yoga equipment
• Warm clothing recommended – it can get chilly in the evening
• Event takes place only in good weather
