Guided evening hike with a yoga session in the mountains – a special experience to wind down the day.
We will begin together in the early evening at the valley station of the Rosshütte cable cars and hike at a leisurely pace uphill towards our yoga spot. Once we arrive at the top, a powerful yet balancing yoga session awaits you amidst the mountain landscape. The special atmosphere of the evening, the light and the tranquility of nature make this session a unique experience.
Afterwards, there will be time to consciously enjoy the surroundings. With a warm tea and a small snack, we will close the evening before we walk back down to the valley together.
A program for everyone who enjoys being outdoors and wants to end the day actively and mindfully.

Participation and cancellation conditions:
Good basic fitness and surefootedness required. No free cancellation possible.
Equipment (to bring): sturdy shoes (hiking or trail shoes recommended), comfortable clothing, water bottle, sunscreen, warm clothing for the evening/downhill. Included equipment: Lightweight, foldable travel mats will be provided for the yoga session. They are easy to transport and will be carried by the participants during the hike.
The event will only take place in suitable weather conditions. In case of unfavorable conditions, the event will be canceled. Registrations until 1:00 p.m. the day before.
