TAG DER OFFENEN TÜR
The Tyrolean Festival Erl invites you to an open house on Saturday, June 20, 2026 and offers exciting insights into the world behind the stage and concert hall. With free admission, visitors of all ages can expect a varied day full of music, craft, technology, and encounters. Anyone who has always wanted to know how an opera or concert production comes to life can explore areas that are otherwise not publicly accessible – from workshops and production halls to the costume workshop and side stages. Staff members of the festival will vividly demonstrate how stage sets are built, costumes are made, or lighting, audio, and video technology is used, so that in the end a performance comes to the stage.
In addition to guided tours and exhibitions, public rehearsals and workshop concerts invite you to experience music from a completely new perspective. Families and children can look forward to a special hands-on program: crafting instruments, trying out conducting, and playfully discovering how music is created. The day offers the opportunity to get to know the Tyrolean Festival Erl not just as an event venue, but as a vibrant place full of creativity, teamwork, and passion – and to experience the festival operations up close. Admission is free!
