The Volksbühne Brixen im Thale warmly invites you to the new theater production “Bergauf-Berg'o” starting from July 12, 2026. The tragicomedy in three acts promises an entertaining evening with humorous scenes, emotional moments, and plenty of entertainment for young and old.
The premiere will take place on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
Further performances will follow until July 30, 2026, each
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 p.m.
Sundays at 6:00 p.m.
Venue is the auditorium of the primary school Brixen im Thale.

The play
A youth group from the Alpine Association sets out together with their supervisors for a hiking trip with an overnight stay – full of anticipation, uncertainty, and very different expectations. The way up and life in the hut bring tensions, misunderstandings, and closeness, but also humor, honesty, and unexpected conversations. During the night, a dramatic turn of events occurs!
