Gentle arrival in the meadow. Relaxed breathing. Flowing movements. This morning, we dedicate ourselves to gentle awakening with the balancing and revitalizing energy through yoga led by trainer Melanie Stege (www.yogamitmeli.com). The exercises are suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. If you have health concerns or pre-existing conditions, please consult your doctor to see if yoga is recommended for you. Please bring your own yoga mats, but mats can also be borrowed on site.
