The Achensee shipping company collaborates with the Pieler Agency, the young chefs, and the sommelier from the Gründler gourmet hotel, as well as the Zillertal tourism schools, offering guests a culinary experience of the highest level, uniquely presented on board by young talents under 25 years old. Perfectly paired wines accompany the menu and make Young Chef’s an evening full of enjoyment, inspiration, and special encounters.
