Have you ever tried Swiss pine cappuccino or Swiss pine soup?

From 15. July to 5. August 2026, you can discover Swiss pine cuisine every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Learn how to use Swiss pine in the kitchen, which ingredients it pairs well with, and make Seler Swiss pine soup, Swiss pine mustard, and much more. If you'd like, you can even make your own Swiss pine schnapps and take it home with you for a small fee. Participation in the Swiss pine culinary workshop, including tastings, costs EUR 21.00 (excluding cable car ticket). During the workshop, Swiss pine soup will be made, which participants can taste, and each participant will be served a Swiss pine cracker (non-alcoholic, 0.5 l).

Optionally, participants can also make their own Swiss pine schnapps (approx. 0.75 l) to take home. A small fee applies for this per participant. Registration is possible until 12:00 PM the day before by calling 0043 664/6104315 or by emailing markus.winkler@hochzeiger.com (minimum 10 participants). You can also purchase various Swiss stone pine products on site, including Swiss stone pine oil, Swiss stone pine jelly, Swiss stone pine mustard, and Swiss stone pine pillows. From 15. July to 05. August, our Zeigerrestaurant kitchen team offers an insight into Swiss stone pine cuisine at Hochzeiger every Wednesday. Weekly stone pine workshops explain how Swiss stone pine can be used in the kitchen, which ingredients it pairs well with, and what to keep in mind. Participants can watch the preparation of homemade Swiss stone pine liqueur or even try it out for themselves.

Have you ever tried Swiss stone pine soup, Swiss stone pine cappuccino, Swiss stone pine mustard, or a Swiss stone pine marinade for your barbecue? No? Of course, you can also enjoy samples of the dishes served on site.

Dates: Every Wednesday 15.07. | 22.07. | 29.07. | 05.08.2026

Time and Location: 10:00 a.m. at the Zeigerrestaurant - Hochzeiger middle Station

Registration: Registration is possible until 12:00 p.m. the day before the respective date.

Minimum number of participants: The workshop will take place with a minimum of 10 participants.
