Lorenz in der Alten Mühle is a "Tyrolean Casual (FINE) Dine" restaurant, Bar & Grill, with a semi-open kitchen concept. A clear variant of the classic steakhouse with Tyrolean cuisine and Asian influence. International, regional, and seasonal ingredients from fish, meat, seafood to vegetarian dishes. Our meat cuts are hand-selected and age under the best conditions in our in-house aging cabinet. 
 
In the restaurant, the focus is on Tyrolean and Austrian classics. Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz, onion roast beef, and Kaiserschmarrn are staple items on the menu. A special feature is sitting directly in the kitchen at the CHEF'S TABLE 1509 and enjoying refined cuisine at a star level . The Chef's Table is limited to a maximum of 6 people. Particularly important is the use and processing of regional ingredients from Scharnitz, the Seefeld plateau, and Leutasch.  
 
A small international wine, sake, and beer list with selected specialties - cocktails emphasizing rum and gin are offered in the restaurant. Alpine enjoyment meetings for various incentive events, corporate events, company parties, family celebrations such as weddings, baptisms, or birthdays will be another area of activity for the restaurant.
