Our grocery store stands for genuine freshness, regionality and traditional craftsmanship. At the heart of our shop counter concept is a diverse selection of fresh produce: the finest sausage and meat specialities in collaboration with the Wäger butcher's shop in Ebbs, delicious baked goods in organic and natural sourdough quality, as well as homemade pastries and breads from our own production. The range is complemented by regional products such as cheese and dairy products from the Plangger organic cheese dairy in Niederndorf, a variety of beers from the Bierol brewery in Schwoich, Wilder Kaiser organic chocolate from Kössen and much more. A special highlight is our lunch menu: classic home-style cooking – hot and cold – in self-service. Just like in the old days at the butcher's, we prepare fresh dishes every day and combine them with classics from our sausage counter. In addition to our freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, we also offer other quick, freshly prepared dishes to take away, such as our well-known meatloaf or roast bread rolls.

Regionality and tradition

In the entrance area, 10 to 15 comfortable seats invite you to linger – in keeping with the original style of the coffee house of yesteryear. Here, our guests can enjoy their freshly purchased products straight away. Our range of bread and baked goods stands for the highest quality and freshness. Especially in the morning and mid-morning, we offer a selection for our regular and loyal customers. In addition to fragrant baked goods, you can also expect pastries and cakes, which you can take away or enjoy on site. Of course, hot and cold drinks are also available. Another centrepiece of our offering is our home-roasted coffee. We are continuously expanding our range of coffee accessories and developing new, creative in-house creations – all with a great deal of passion and experience in our own production kitchen. In addition, we offer lovingly assembled gift items and gift baskets, seasonal specialities from our patisserie and temporary sales areas for regional suppliers.
