In the wine lounge, Innsbruck's CHRISTOPH BICKEL, who has gained experience in various award-winning restaurants, cooks for you. He has been running the à la carte restaurant since October 2025 with a modern, light touch. “We focus on a few carefully selected components – and even a classic can surprise with a new twist,” describes Christoph his culinary philosophy. The kitchen crew is supported by hostess EVA MARTVONOVA and her team. Their goal: “Our guests should feel warmly welcomed and completely at ease.” The shared objective: to create an experience that does not deny its regional roots and does not shy away from international notes.
