The Zanon family from Franzelerhof in Absam sells their farm-grown organic vegetables in their farm shop every Friday during the summer and autumn months. Potatoes can be purchased at the farm all year round. All products are offered according to season and availability and are certified organic quality.Cereals such as wheat, spelt, ancient grain, emmer, einkorn (the oldest cultivated grain!) are also available in organic quality.The products are sold directly from the farm every Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 6 PM. Additionally, there is a self-service shop (cash only) open daily from 7:30 AM to 7 PM, where a limited range of products is available.
