The climbing on the blocks is extremely varied: cracks, intersections, parts of slabs and overhangs are on the “climbing menu”. However, beginners will hardly find anything here. The climbing is predominantly in the middle to upper grades, and the routes are rated rather strictly.
Niederthai is one of the top climbing destinations in Austria.
