Medium-difficulty cycle route from See with the lift to the Medrigalm, via the Panorama Trail to Kappl Dorf and via the valley hiking trail back to See.
Fun descents and variety with little exertion required. A leisurely circuit. Most of the elevation gain can be completed at the start by taking the cable car. At the start of the tour, the forest trail crosses the Istalanztal valley and then leads west through steep forests in the shady side of Paznaun. The only notable climb starts at 6 km and covers 150 m of altitude through the Gampertuner Wald forest. From here, it runs downhill to a main road in the valley bottom. Here the route switches to the other side of the valley. The return journey to See follows a varied valley path.
With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: See Dorf/Bergbahn
