Description

Start and finish is the parking lot of the former Sonnwendjoch cable car in Kramsach. Cycle on the forest road, which after only a few hundred meters rises moderately steeply and runs mostly through forest, to the fountain. Turn left here towards Pletzachalm and follow the partially steeply ascending path to Herrgottstein. From here the route becomes narrower and runs in hairpin bends to the Pletzachalm junction (no refreshment opportunity). Another short stretch uphill, then the winding route heads downhill to the district Grünsbach. At the Astner guesthouse, the route goes left to the riding stable, over the bridge, then left again on the gravel road through the forest area to the district Winkl. From here, follow the signage back on the state road to the starting point.
