Every athlete aged 16 and over is eligible to start for the 10 km and 23 km distances.

  • Station 2 – Finish refreshments Nesselwängle after 10 km

Tip:

Refreshment and drink stations are set up along the route, where waste can be disposed of. It is forbidden to throw garbage outside these zones. Anyone who disregards this may be excluded by the organizer.


The run is part of the Laufsport Saukel CUP 2026!

The participant acknowledges that during the “SEEN-LAUF Tannheimer Tal” the hiking trails and roads are not closed, all hiking trails and roads are also used by other people, and the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) fundamentally apply.

Equipment:

Start numbers are only issued to the respective participant personally. There is an unofficial finishing list for all distances, which serves as a control for the organizer.
