Description

Description:

A wonderful short and easy tour with great views of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The starting point is the free and spacious parking lot in the center of Jungholz. We start directly from the church in Jungholz in the direction of the district of Langenschwand. We are on paved paths throughout and experience the idyllic landscape of Austria's smallest enclave. As we make our way through forests and the unique natural surroundings, we can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. After around an hour, we arrive at the Alpe Stubental. There we can relax with a great view, good food and a cozy drink with "Karl" (the hut landlord). On Fridays, we enjoy the Austrian and Allgäu culture with music and a great atmosphere.

Anyone who goes on this tour will never forget it!

Directions:
The starting point of the tour is the center of Jungholz. From there we walk to the village of Langenschwand. (Alternative: not far from the church and the music pavilion opposite. This is where a hidden hiking trail begins in the green stream valley, the so-called Holzschnitzerweg, which leads directly up to the district of Langenschwand). The trail continues past the Kamelstüble, immersing you in the pure nature of Jungholz. Surrounded by forests and a fantastic view, we reach the Alpe Stubental after an hour. We are always on paved and signposted roads.Tip:
On Fridays, the landlord plays with his band colleagues and creates an excellent atmosphere. Enjoy the delicious food with a cozy drink.Safety guidelines:
