Enjoy the view of the Allgäu and Tyrolean alpine world on the well-developed and maintained hiking trails. Experience traditional and cultural highlights of the inhabitants around Jungholz and enjoy a hearty snack at the Hirschalpe. Several viewpoints and sights will be passed. The natural spectacle can be experienced along the way.Directions:
Starting from the Jungholz church, we head towards the Jungholz ski lifts. After about 500 meters, we turn left onto the forest path towards Vordere Sorgalpe. Then we continue towards Unterjoch. Passing by the small community, we stay directly beside the main road B310 on the hiking trail until we reach the Unterjoch Spiesserlifts. From there, we continue straight ahead towards Steinpass saddle along the marked hiking trail. At the top, we proceed towards the Hirschalpe. Upon arrival at the alpine farm, we have reached the end of our route.Tip:

    Option 1: Exit A 7 Oy-Mittelberg, take B310 towards Wertach, turn left at Jungholz exit. Very good signage



    Option 2: Accessible via B310 Oberjoch-Unterjoch - Pfeiffermühle/Jungholz exit


    Public Transit

    Daily, the bus operator "Komm Mit" serves Jungholz from several directions and locations. 


    The Jungholz bus stop is located about 150 meters from the starting point


    Parking

    The Jungholz ski lift parking lot is free of charge year-round. It has a capacity of about 300 vehicles.


    The parking lot also forms the starting point of the route.
