Hart - St Mary's Chapel and Kreuzweg circuit
This hike departs from Oberhart (parish church) at the starting point of the hiking trail between the church and Hotel Hoppet. With the upper Zillertal valley and Hochfügen at your back, this path leads you largely through woodland while taking in mountain streams and lush meadows. Walk along the stations of the rosary to reach Marienkapelle chapel on Hartberg mountain: The final portion of the journey to the pilgrimage church (worth a look inside!) is on the road, which offers views out of the valley and onto the Brandenberg Alps. You should then follow the course of the road for around 700 m as you head past the farms and come to the next signpost. The hiking trail in the forest heads to the left, guiding you downhill alongside a stream and then back into the valley on the panoramic road to Oberhart.
