Arrival by public transport
By bus, take the line 4030 to the stop Walchsee Dorf.

Start is at the information office Walchsee. From there, head north, past the municipal office and the Ramsbachstüberl. After the Ramsbach bridge, turn right into the forest path and follow the footpath along the Ramsbach to the district of Winkl. Walk a few meters towards the village until a turn left goes into the forest. Follow the signs to Kugelwand. Cross the Kalvarienberg back to the village.
