Conditions of participation

Competition

1. The organiser of the promotion is Tirol Werbung GmbH, Maria-Theresien-Straße 55, 6020 Innsbruck.
2. The personal data used in the following includes women and men equally.

3. A participant takes part in the competition by

   
   a) correctly completing the entry form.

   
   By participating, the participant agrees to the present conditions of participation. Each participant can only receive the prize once. It is not possible to transfer prizes or claims to prizes.

4. The promotion runs from 13.02.2026 to 15.02.2026 and the prize will be drawn from all participants with the correct solution.
5. The winner will be notified by email on 20 February 2026.

Eligibility and participation requirements

1. Only natural persons are eligible to participate. Competition agents and competition clubs are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition is independent of the purchase of goods or services from Tirol Werbung GmbH.
2. The prerequisite for participation is that the participant
   • is at least 18 years old according to Austrian law at the time of sending the entry form.
3. Employees of Tirol Werbung GmbH, Lebensraum Holding GmbH, Agrarmarketing Tirol GmbH, Standortagentur Tirol GmbH, participating agencies, all co-operation partners, participating sales partners as well as their spouses and family members living in the same household are excluded from participation.

Realisation

1. The prize includes:
   1. 15x2 day tickets for the Austrian Alpine Open 2026 presented by Kitzbühel Tirol.
2. Every participant who fills out the form will be joining the giveaway. Fifteen people will be selected at random from all entries received by the deadline, and each will win two day tickets.
3. The prize can only be redeemed during the specified period.
4. The prizes cannot be redeemed in cash.
5. Legal recourse is excluded.

Early termination of the doctorate

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organiser will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. suspicion of manipulation or other improper or unfair means) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed.

Miscellaneous

1. The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply exclusively, excluding its conflict of law rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
2. Should individual clauses of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
3. All questions, complaints, comments, etc. should be sent directly to info@tirol.at and not to the Tiroler Tageszeitung.

All data received will be stored exclusively for use in connection with our competition, treated confidentially in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and automatically deleted after the closing date for entries in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If the winner wins, the prize(s) will be sent to the address or email address provided at no additional cost. It is not possible to send the prize to another address.

A non-cash prize cannot be redeemed in cash. There is no legal entitlement to a prize. Furthermore, the right is reserved to exclude participants who violate criminal law, common decency or these terms and conditions from participation with immediate effect, in which case any entitlement to a prize shall lapse.
