There are only a few long-distance winter hiking trails, but there are three in Tyrol. In the picturesque Seefeld Leutasch region and in the panoramic Paznaun Valley, nature-loving hiking fans can immerse themselves in the enchanting Tyrolean winter, either easily or over several days: breathtaking summit views, winter forests, glistening mountain lakes - with overnight accommodation in rustic huts or hotels.
These mountain huts in Tyrol are also open in winter - some are suitable for a winter hike or a day trip on a toboggan. The best way to reach the huts is on touring skis - and those who are confident on them will of course be happy to take on the untracked descents.
In the selected Tyrolean family regions, special attention is paid to the wishes of families.
Treasure hunts, dragon sagas, pirate swings, sparkling crystals and a Stone Age world: the Tyrolean theme parks may not be oversized, but they certainly offer plenty of variety and fun.
