Conditions of participation

The following terms and conditions govern participation in the "Ötztaler Cycle Marathon" (2026) competition, organised by "Tirol Werbung GmbH" (Maria-Theresien-Straße 55, 6020 Innsbruck).

Eligibility to participate

1. Eligible to participate are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of the draw and who have completed the online competition page completely and correctly in accordance with the present conditions of participation.
2. Online registration at www.oetztaler-radmarathon.com in January 2026 is a prerequisite for participation in the competition.
3. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on the online competition page - first and last name, email address, home address and telephone number. The organiser is not obliged to find out the correct contact details. Incorrect details are the responsibility of the participant.
4. Participation in the competition is voluntary and free of charge.
5. Each person may only take part in the competition once (no multiple entries by the same person).

Exclusion from participation

1. Employees of the "Lebensraum Tirol Holding" group of companies and their relatives are excluded from participation.
2. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from this competition at any time for objective reasons (in particular in the event of violation of the conditions of participation, e.g. multiple participation in the competition).

Profit

1. The following prizes will be awarded to one winner each

   - 1x starting place for the Ötztaler Cycle Marathon 2026 (prerequisite: declined participation in the Ötztaler Cycle Marathon 2026)

2. A cash payment of the prize or redemption as a voucher is not possible under any circumstances.
3. The claim to the prize or prize replacement cannot be assigned or transferred to third parties.

Determination of profit

1. The winner will be selected from all participants who fulfil the conditions of participation by means of a random, non-public draw.
2. The draw will take place on 19.05.2026.

Notification of the winner

1. The winner will be notified of the prize by e-mail or telephone after the draw.
2. If it is not possible to contact the winner within 2 days of the draw or if the organiser does not receive a reply from the winner, the organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.

Subject to change and cancellation

1. The competition organiser reserves the right to amend the conditions of participation or to cancel or terminate the competition at any time, without prior notice and without giving reasons.

Miscellaneous

1. Legal recourse is excluded for the organisation of the competition, the decision on the prize and the distribution of the prize.
2. Austrian law shall apply exclusively.
3. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in the provincial capital of Innsbruck.
